Personalization - Express Yourself With MailEnable

MailEnable has added a new feature to the latest update of the platform, version 4.1. Offered at no extra cost to customers who own version 4.0 Professional or Enterprise Edition, WebMail personalization allows users to customize their experience to reflect their individual personality.

Personalization allows a watermark image to be added in the background of the WebMail interface. The position of the image, and the level of transparency of the interface are both customizable. Place a picture of a flower in the bottom right corner of the WebMail screen, a hand print across the top, or a funky pattern behind the navigation pane on the left.

Included in the new version are some preset watermark images, including a musical note, soccer ball, and a bunch of balloons. Additionally, users may specify the internet location of their own image.

Personalization also interfaces with the My Files feature introduced by MailEnable in version 4.0 of the product. You can select any image from your storage area to use as your background watermark. Upload a family photograph to your My Files, and show it in the background of your WebMail interface.

And finally, the personalization feature allows you to change the overall color scheme of the interface to better match your character. If you are more of a green sort of person, change the color scheme to "Meadow". If the background watermark image you want to use doesn't match well with the blue ink scheme, try a different colorization.
